Condition:
Unused, unwashed, original packaging (if any). For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

• Nursing bras & underwear

• Swimwear

• Pacifiers & bottle nipples

• Breast pumps (opened)

• Final sale items

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was defective.

Damaged or defective?
Oh no! Email us within 7 days with photos. We’ll send a replacement or full refund – including shipping. No hassle.
